Rabbits are not toys!

Every year, parents buy a Rabbit for their child as a Easter Gift. For the lack of proper care, thousands of Rabbits die before their first birthdays. Rabbits are a 10+ year commitment. They needs space to run and play-they shouldn't be in a box, where some toys put their toys in. They need to be taken care of on a Daily Basic. Also they are not Easter Rabbits. They don't wake up early to give Easter eggs! Also don't give your child a Chick or Chicken as a gift too.

If you don't want to buy a Reindeer for your child on Christmas, why do you buy a Rabbit on Easter?
Don't answer this question by saying:
*They look easier to take care of.
*They are SOOOOOOOOOO cute!
*Our child was bagging us to get one

First, Rabbits are harder to take of than Cats and Dogs. Rabbits may be cute but they are a huge responsibility. Even if your child is bagging for one, try to test your child with that most important responsibilities first, If your child knows all the responsibilities, I guess your child is ready.
